Welcome, my name is Megan. I am an intensive care nurse, yoga teacher and lover of all things wellness.

After experiencing mental and physical burnout as a newly qualified nurse, I learned firsthand how important it is to take care of yourself first. That difficult period taught me the importance of self-care and finding balance in life, especially when navigating high-pressure environments.

Now, I am passionate about helping others discover simple yet powerful ways to prioritise their well-being. Through my own healing journey, I found yoga to be the most supportive practice in nurturing my mind, body, and soul. It is now my mission to share these tools with others, offering you the opportunity to feel more grounded, balanced and empowered in your life everyday!
