I spoke about struggling with child’s pose due to flexibility issues in my feet and ankles , Megan gave lots of useful advice including techniques I could try as well as gibing advice on using props to help. Over attending multiple classes and implementing these techniques and using props when needed I was able to do child’s pose and feel comfortable which was a big deal for me!”

My name is Megan. Nurse, yoga teacher, and food lover.

I am passionate about finding simple ways to prioritise self care. I hope this can be achieved through breath work, movement and balanced eating.

I have spent a lot of time figuring out how to create a wellness routine in between shift work when nights become days and days become night. It involves a lot of prep work and accepting you probably are not going fit a 60-minute yoga practice in every day or eat ‘healthy’ every day – sometimes you just need to order that takeaway. 

I know how hard it can be to put yourself first but as they say you can’t pour from an empty cup. I have definitely tried to, and it ended in burnout and wanting to leave my job. After a lot of inner work, I’m here to help create a wellness routine that works for you!
