30-Day Beginner Series
This course includes 30 beginner classes to introduce to the practice of yoga from the comfort of your own home. Each class will cover the breakdown of foundational yoga poses and variations to make the poses more comfortable for you and your body.
This series is perfect for anyone who:
Is a complete beginner or new to yoga.
Wants to learn the basics of yoga before attending group classes.
Wants to start a daily yoga practice at home.
Each day you will be guided through the fundamentals of a holistic yoga practice including pranayama (breath work), asanas (physical poses) and meditation to gradually introduce you to the practice.
Classes will vary from 20-30 minutes and be released for you to practice throughout the month or to practice in your own time.
The series will end with a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow practice incorporating everything you have learned over the 30-days.
Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve flexibility or find more calm, this series is created to help you find balance in both your body and mind through yoga.

In this first session, we’ll explore Easy Pose (Sukhasana) - a foundational seated position used for centring and meditation. Sitting on the floor is not always comfortable, so I’ll guide you through modifications to help you find a position that feels good for your body. Grab a cushion, yoga blocks, or anything you have at home to support you.
This series is created to help you build confidence in your practice, whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking for a way to reconnect with movement.
