Join me for weekly yoga classes, where I will guide you through movement, breath work and mindfulness practices to help you reconnect with yourself and bring a sense of calm and balance to your everyday life. Whether you prefer to practice from the comfort of home or join me in-person, there’s a class for you!

Classes

  • From the comfort of your own home. All you need to do is roll out your mat, switch on your device and you are ready to go!

    Online classes are open to everybody, I create every class with lots of options to accommodate both those who are new to yoga and those who have an experienced practice.

    Classes are held on Zoom. You will receive an email with a meeting link prior to the class.

    NEW BLOCK STARTS NOVEMBER 1st

    Ease you way into the weekend with a vinyasa flow style practice. This yoga practice is created to link breath with movement, creating a flow that can help support flexibility, strength and overall mood.

    This class is open to all levels. I create every class with lots of options to accommodate both those who are new to yoga and those who have an experienced practice.

    Mats, blocks and straps are provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own mat and yoga props.

    There is free street parking

  • Membership classes are pre-recorded with various durations to suit your schedule.

    Use the filter option to choose a class just right for you at any particular time.

  • A bespoke private yoga session tailored to YOUR needs. Private classes are great if you are new to yoga and would like to learn the basics at your own pace.

    Private classes can also help to build up your confidence to join group classes down the line. Or maybe you have an injury or mobility problem and would still like to maintain your yoga practice.

    I can help modify poses or select poses to work around any challenges.

  • A 1:1 programme to create your own personalised practice

    Spaces are limited to 3 people every 6 weeks. Contact to find out more or book your slot.

    A safe and supported introduction to yoga for complete beginners or those who would like to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.

    This is a 6-week programme that will include x6 1:1 yoga classes, access to pre-recorded videos and printed handouts for each class. Together we will cover the foundations of yoga and build up to a sequence that can be practiced at home.

    A 1:1 programme is the perfect way to get started in yoga especially when the sessions are tailored specifically to you. We will establish the key principles of yoga such as awareness of self, control of the breath, moving our bodies in a way that serves us and learning how to consciously relax.

The STUDIO

Welcome to studio space nestled in the quiet residential area of Trinity, Edinburgh.

The studio space is light and airy filled with natural light and calming colours, making it the perfect place to unwind and recharge.

EMPOWER YOUR FLOW

Welcome to Empower Your Flow: A 1:1 programme to build a sustainable yoga practice that you can do Every. Single. Day.

This programme includes:

  • 45-minute Zoom call to discuss your current lifestyle, existing stressors & anxieties in your life, the changes you would like to make and the goals you would like to set.

  • Guided breath work and meditation classes to help reduce stress, improve sleep and bring more calm into your life.

  • x6 1:1 yoga classes to explore different yoga practices such as breath work, meditation and physical movement to determine what works best for you. We will also explore how to adapt physical poses to best serve you and your body.

  • Continuous support from Megan via Voxer throughout the 6-week journey to help you stay accountable.

  • Receive recorded classes guided by Megan including an everyday practice, a breath work practice, a meditation practice and an extended practice. All these classes are personalised specifically to you.

  • A follow up Zoom call at week 8 to make any adjustments to your personalised practices.

  • Option to add on continued 1:1 support at a discounted rate.

Cancellation policy

A cancellation window of 8 hours applies to drop-in classes. After this period a £6 late cancellations charge will occur.

The Get Flowin’ membership can be cancelled at any time after the 2-month holding period.

 If you need to cancel your private 1:1 session this must be done via email 24 hours prior to the session to avoid a late cancellation fee of £40.

If you no longer wish to enroll in the 1:1 programme this must be done via email 48 hours prior to your initial welcome call to avoid a losing your £50 deposit.
