The weekly schedule currently only has online classes while I look for a new studio space.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Online 18:30-19:30

    A flow class that offers the opportunity to take an hour out of your week to breathe, explore feel good movement and connect with yourself.

    Together we will move through sun salutations, standing and seated poses weaved together in a creative sequence.

    This is a mat based class, open to all levels including beginners. Variations and options will be offered to suit how you are feeling on the day of class.

  • Sunday Reset

    Online 16:00-17:00

    Bring a close to your weekend with a grounding practice created to help you slow down and prepare for the week ahead. This class brings together guided breathwork, a gentle moving flow and a deeply restful yoga nidra meditation.

    This practice is created to help you release the busyness of the week, reconnect with your breath and restore balance in both body and mind. Through gentle movement and deep rest, it supports stress relief and a sense of grounding, helping you step into the new week feeling refreshed and centered.

    This class is open to all levels. I aim to create each class with options to accommodate both those new to yoga and those who have an experienced practice.

By the 1st of each month, the class schedule will be available for viewing below. If you follow me on instagram @meganjanewellness I will announce where, when and what class I am teaching according to the class schedule.

Cancellation policy

A cancellation window of 8 hours applies to drop-in classes. After this period a £6 late cancellations charge will occur.

The Get Flowin’ membership can be cancelled at any time after the 2-month holding period.

 If you need to cancel your private 1:1 session this must be done via email 24 hours prior to the session to avoid a late cancelation fee of £40.

If you need no longer wish to enrol in the 1:1 beginner course this must be done via email 48 hours prior to your first class to avoid a loosing your £50 deposit.
