In a world that asks women to do more, be more and hold everything together, it’s easy to lose connection with your body, your breath and your own inner rhythm. My work is here to support you in slowing down, regulating your nervous system and reconnecting with your mind, body and spirit through embodied movement, breathwork, meditation and Reiki.

  • Strength & Restore

    Online 18:30-19:30

    A class for women who want to feel stronger without sacrificing rest by combining strength, relaxation and Reiki healing all in one practice.

    This class begins with breathwork, moving into a 25-minute strength based circuit, stretching and closing with a guided mediation and energy healing.

    This is a mat based class, open to all levels. Variations and options will be offered to suit how you are feeling on the day of class.

  • Embodied Flow: Breathwork, Movement & Reiki

    Online 18:30-19:30

    This class is an invitation to slow down, release built-up tension and reconnect with your body. Bringing together breathwork, core strengthening, embodied movement and energy healing.

    Each class aims to support nervous system regulation and deep rest for the mind and body.

    This is a mat based class, open to all levels. Variations and options will be offered to suit how you are feeling on the day of class.

  • In-person at Calm + Chaos 18:30-19:30

    For the woman who gets to Friday needing space to exhale, move with intention, build strength and reconnect with herself.

    This evening class is an invitation to slow down, release built-up tension and reconnect with your body. Bringing together breathwork, embodied movement, core strengthening, relaxation and energy healing.

    This is a mat based class, open to all levels. Variations and options will be offered to suit how you are feeling on the day of class.

    Mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps are all provided. All you need to do is bring yourself.

one-to-one

Reiki, breathwork & Guided Meditation sessions

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply in need of deeper support, my one-to-one Reiki sessions offer a quiet, nurturing space just for you.

These sessions focus on nervous system regulation, energetic balance and deep rest. Through gentle breathwork, guided meditation and Reiki energy healing, your system is supported to release tension, soften and return to a more natural state of flow.

Whether you choose a shorter session for a gentle reset or a longer, more spacious experience, each one is created to help you feel calmer, more grounded and more connected to yourself.

    A condensed one-to-one healing experience created to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance and deep rest, even when you are short on time.

    Each session begins with a check-in to explore how you are feeling and to set an intention for our time together. An optional oracle care pull is offered for additional support and reflection.

    You will then be guided through a gentle breathwork sequence and meditation as I channel Reiki energy to flow through your energy field, balancing the chakras and unblocking stagnant energy.

    A short but powerful pause to help you release tension and return to your day feeling lighter and more grounded.

  • £65

    A one-to-one healing experience created to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance and deep rest.

    Each session begins with a check-in to explore how you are feeling and to set an intention for our time together. An optional oracle care pull is offered for additional support and reflection.

    You will then be guided through a gentle breathwork sequence and meditation as I channel Reiki energy to flow through your energy field, balancing the chakras and unblocking stagnant energy. With more time to settle into the experience, the session allows for deeper rest and a more spacious, nurturing healing process.

    This spacious, nurturing experience is created to help you release what you are holding onto and return to yourself with greater ease and clarity.

Sessions take place via Zoom. Please set yourself up somewhere comfortable and quiet such as on the sofa or in bed.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You don’t need experience in movement, breathwork, meditation or Reiki to attend classes. If you wish to discuss anything before attending your first class, please email me to chat.

  • For in-person classes, I will supply mats, bolsters, pillows, blocks, straps and blankets. Please feel free to bring your own mat and props if you wish.

    For online classes, you will be required to have your own mat and any additional props you wish to have. I suggest having a blanket and pillow nearby or anything else you need to help you get comfy during our relaxation.

    You may also wish to have a water bottle or warm drink.

  • Under most circumstances the answer will generally be yes however please email me before class to discuss how I can help accommodate you best.

  • Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing that supports the body’s natural ability to heal and return to balance.

    Reiki originates from Japan and is based on the understanding that there is a universal life force energy that flows through all living things.

    When this energy is flowing freely, we tend to feel more balanced, calm and aligned. In Reiki, this energy is understood as moving through chakras or the body’s main energy centres. Each chakra corresponds to different aspects of our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing from safety and grounding at our root, to creativity, love, communication, intuition and connection to our higher purpose at our crown.

    When this flow of energy becomes stagnant, often through stress, illness or emotional overwhelm, we may feel disconnected, tense or unwell on a physical, emotional or energetic level.

  • Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful form of restoring the body and can help heal us from the inside out. Reiki can help to:

    • Strengthen the immune system

    • Reduce stress

    • Boost mood and aids feelings of anxiety and depression

    • Support a healthy sleep cycle

    • Balance and energise the body

  • People often experience Reiki as deeply relaxing and grounding. Some notice warmth, tingling, emotional release, imagery (such as seeing colours) or a sense of peace while others simply feel rested. There truly is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki and your experience will likely be very different to some else’s.

Cancellation policy

A cancellation window of 8 hours applies to drop-in classes. After this period a £6 late cancellation charge will occur.

The Get Flowin’ membership can be cancelled at any time after the 2-month holding period.

 If you need to cancel any 1:1 session this must be done via email 24 hours prior to the session to avoid loosing your £20 deposit.
