My work is here to support you in slowing down, regulating your nervous system and reconnecting with your mind, body and spirit through movement, breathwork, meditation and Reiki.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply in need of deeper support, my one-to-one Reiki sessions offer a quiet, nurturing space just for you.

These sessions focus on nervous system regulation, energetic balance and deep rest. Through gentle breathwork, guided meditation and Reiki energy healing, your system is supported to release tension, soften and return to a more natural state of flow.

For those booking their first session, I please ask you book a 60-minute appointment. This allows us time to connect, talk through what has been coming up for you and create a session that truly meets you where you are.

30-minute sessions are available for existing clients who feel called to a shorter reset or ongoing energetic maintenance.

Whichever you choose, each session is created to help you feel calmer, more grounded and more connected to yourself.

Sessions take place via Zoom. Please set yourself up somewhere comfortable and quiet such as on the sofa or in bed.

Session packs are available for 60-minute sessions only and offer a gentle, more consistent way to support your energy, emotions and nervous system while saving on each session. Rather than waiting until you’re completely drained, regular sessions help you feel steadier, calmer and more at home in your body.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cancellation policy

 Each 1:1 booking requires a £20 deposit to secure your space. If you need to cancel a 1:1 session this must be done via email 24 hours prior to the session to avoid loosing your £20 deposit.
