In a world that asks women to do more, be more and hold everything together, it’s easy to lose connection with your body, your breath and your own inner rhythm. My work is here to support you in slowing down, regulating your nervous system and reconnecting with your mind, body and spirit through embodied movement, breathwork, meditation and reiki.

Welcome

My name is Megan. I am an intensive care nurse, yoga teacher and reiki guide offering embodied movement, breath work, guided meditation and reiki to support nervous system regulation and rest.

After experiencing mental and physical burnout on and off through out my nursing career, I have learned how important it is to create space for yourself, especially when you’re used to carrying a lot. My experiences the past few years have shaped how I approach wellbeing gently, intentionally and without pressure to ‘fix’ or improve.

Today, I support people in finding simple, feel good ways to slow down and reconnect with their bodies. My work is inspired by the natural rhythms of the seasons and is created to feel grounding, nourishing and accessible. Each season brings unique energy and my classes are thoughtfully created to reflect and align with these changes. Through various practices, we will explore ways to nourish the body and mind in harmony with the time of year.
