Green goddess smoothie

This refreshing and naturally sweet smoothie is great for busy mornings on the go or as an afternoon pick-me-up. This recipe is packed with nutritious ingredients, probiotics, and fibre.

Serves 2

Ingredients

4 tablespoons greek/natural/plain yogurt or vegan alternative

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

A thumb of ginger peeled and roughly chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1 banana

2 handfuls of spinach

1/2 cup of frozen pineapple

1/2 cup of frozen mango

475mls of liquid such as water or plant based milk

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
