Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
This quick, easy breakfast is perfect for grabbing out the fridge to take to work with little to no fuss! Best of all these overnight oats are pumpkin spice flavoured and you're getting veggies from the pumpkin into your breakfast!
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (feel free to use more if you like it sweeter)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
Toppings of choice (seeds, flaked almonds, fruit)
Method:
Add oats, pumpkin purée, milk, spices, chia seeds, sweetener and nut butter to a container, mix well to combine.
Top with your favorite toppings.
Leave in fridge overnight.
Enjoy in the morning!
